If the pass ends

Nothing is deleted. You choose which knyten to keep, one of your own and two that others started, and the rest are locked for you until someone pays again. Groupmates within the free plan are not affected.

In a knyte nobody pays for any more, files beyond the first ten are locked. Their names stay, and their text opens once the knyte is paid for again. You can always leave a locked knyte, or delete it if it is yours.

What you had before the limits started is never locked.

Questions about pricing

Does everyone in the group have to pay?: No. A knyte where one member has a term pass is open to the whole group, and a project pass unlocks the knyte for everyone in it.
How do I cancel the term pass?: In Settings. The pass lasts to the end of the period and then does not renew.
How do I pay?: Stripe handles payment. The payment methods on offer are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I change my mind?: Yes, within 14 days. Email us and we refund the full amount.
Is VAT included?: Yes. The price you see is what you pay.
Is there a limit on how much I can upload?: Yes, 1 GB of uploaded files per person, whatever the pass. Delete files to make room for new ones. Linked Google and Word documents do not count.
